On April 22, 2021 also known as Earth Day, the Biden administration is planning to host world leaders in a climate summit to encourage stronger climate action globally. Summits are useless unless they result in plans that include radical cuts in greenhouse gas emissions that scientists say are needed to avoid catastrophic climate and ecological breakdown.
