Tell the Truth: Climate Crisis Protest

  • American Museum of Natural History 200 Central Park West New York, NY, 10024 United States (map)

The American Museum of Natural History knows that if we don't do something soon humanity itself will go the way of the dinosaurs.

Sean Decatur, the museum's president, has emphasized, "It is time to ring the climate alarm bell." Recently the museum hosted António Gutteres, the UN Secretary General, who declared, "We need an exit ramp off the highway to hell."

However despite these acknowledgements, the museum's measures remain ineffective. The climate change exhibit is tucked away in a dark corner. It is outdated and sorely lacks a sense of urgency.

Join us on Sunday, August 18, to demand the museum walk its talk and educate people in every day and in every way about the climate crisis.
