On the anniversary of superstorm Sandy, world and corporate leaders will assemble in Glasgow for COP 26, a conference that has been called the “last, best chance” to avert climate catastrophe. XR NYC is joining groups across the city in a march to the Federal Reserve and Citibank to demand that they stop the money pipeline to fossil fuels. Ida and Sandy show what will happen to our city and the world if these institutions don’t stop the flow of money to fossil fuels.
