If we want to build a radically different world, we need radically different ways of relating to one another. Nonviolent Communication, or NVC, provides practical, hands-on tools to speak our truth while honoring our full humanity and cultivating empathy for anyone we interact with. These tools can help us within XR to solve conflicts that inevitably arise organizing a mass movement, as well as interfacing with folks outside of XR who may disagree with our analysis or tactics.
This workshop will be very experiential! Bring a snack to share if you'd like.
