We have been protesting with panache at the American Museum of Natural History for nearly two years now!
Creativity and community are what we are all about. You can participate on any level from planning to audience member; all are welcome!
Our mission is to inspire them to declare a climate emergency and educate people about it daily. But They are not. So, we will!
Sunday, January 19th we will conduct a teach-in at the museum about the climate crisis and why the museum is not declaring an ecological emergency.
We have in our toolbox evidence that the board members’ financials represent conflicts of interest. To educate about this ethical breach and the climate crisis we have our voices, banners, flyers, speaking points, songs, chants, movement, shakers, whistles, and our bodies.
Our plan will be developed by the people who show up at our community prep/planning and art builds, Thursday Jan. 9th, Sunday 12th, and the Saturday 18th.
These will take place at 68 Jay St. Brooklyn NY. #713, Thursday at 6:30, weekends at 2pm. Please come and participate in this extraordinary opportunity to build your activist muscle, speak truth to power and make beautiful protest music together.
Even if you can't make any of the prep times, please, check out the action at the museum on the 19th!
